Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Visa Accelerator Program, your startup should meet the following criteria:
- Seed to Series A: Startups with at least a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Market-Ready Solution: A solution addressing one of the proposed themes with existing market traction.
- Existing Operations in Africa: You must have operations in Africa or demonstrate a strong commitment to expand in Africa.
- Commitment to Innovation: You should be building a solution that aligns with one of the key themes of the program.
Application Process
All applicants will undergo two rounds of screening:
- Round 1: Applications will be reviewed based on program alignment, existing traction, the founding team, and synergies with Visa.
- Round 2: Shortlisted startups will be invited for virtual interviews. Finalists will be notified ahead of the program kickoff.
